ICBF conducts Hajikka Memorial Annual Essay Writing Contest to commemorate the selfless and benevolent contributions of the Late Mr. Abdul Khader Haji to the expatriate community in Qatar.
The initiative was based on a recommendation by H.E The Indian Ambassador Mr. Sanjiv Arora, aimed to inculcate and strengthen the spirit of benevolence, charity, humanity and love in the young hearts. Approximately 200–250 children from various prominent schools from Qatar participates in this contest every year since 2014.
